Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
To a large bowl add honey, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, honey, chili paste, garlic, lime zest, and juice. Mix till combined.
To a large baking sheet lined with foil, add your salmon. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Pour mixture over salmon. Enclose the salmon in the foil and bake for 30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 125 degrees.
Uncover salmon and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes. Watch carefully! You just want the top to get a nice golden color.
Top with fresh cilantro and serve with white rice. Don’t forget to spoon over the left-over sauce!
