Gooey Brownies
Perfect mixture of milk and dark chocolate chips in these gooey brownies. My family eats these as fast as I can make them!

- 1 Cup Unsalted Butter Room Temperature
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs Room Temperature
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 oz Dark Brewed Coffee Cooled
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup 60% Dark Cocoa Chocolate Chunks or Chips
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Brew 4 oz of Dark Coffee and place it in the refrigerator.
In the bowl of a mixer, add butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Cream for 2-3 minutes. With the mixer on low, add in one egg at a time followed by the vanilla extract and cold coffee.
Add flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix until combined. Take off the mixer and fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour into the 9x13 and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick pulls clean.
Let it rest on the counter for 30 minutes before cutting.
