Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Butter
  • ¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Cake Batter Extract
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Rainbow Long Sprinkles
  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat.
  2. In the bowl of a mixer, cream together butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes or until pale in color. Add in 1 egg at a time mixing in between. Add in extracts. You can use vanilla extract if you do not have the cake batter.
  3. Add all the dry ingredients (flour, salt, and baking powder) and mix until all the ingredients come together. Mix in sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop out 3 tablespoons worth of dough. Roll into a ball and place 2 in apart on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 14-15 minutes. Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.
