- In your crockpot, combine chopped onion, celery, shredded carrots, broccoli, potatoes, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and chicken stock. Optionally, add a spicy seasoning like Slap Your Mama or Meat Church Holy Voodoo.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
- Set the crockpot to low and stir in the processed cheese and heavy cream. Cook for an additional 30 minutes or until all the cheese is melted.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Serve the soup hot, topped with cooked bacon, freshly grated cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
