Method
Cook Shrimp
- Bring a large pot of water to a simmer.
- Add ½ tsp of salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add shrimp and cook for 34 minutes.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a bowl to cool.
Prepare Seafood Mixture
- Chop imitation crab and cooked shrimp into bitesize pieces.
- Add to a bowl along with the cream cheese, mayo, and sriracha.
- Stir together and adjust any seasoning to taste.
Prepare Rice
- Once rice finishes cooking, stir in 1 tbsp of the rice wine vinegar.
Assemble and Bake
- Add rice to the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish.
- Top with 1 tbsp of rice seasoning.
- Add the crab and shrimp mixture on top.
- Drizzle more sriracha, Japanese BBQ, and yum yum sauce across the top.
- Place under the broiler (450°F) for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly.
Garnish and Serve
- Once out of the oven, top with more rice seasoning and green onions.
- Serve with seaweed paper, cucumber, and avocado.
